Execution of the Plan:

We held this property for about 16 months.   During that time we added quality tenants, renovated the parking lot, painted the buildings, fixed the deferred maintenance and executed a quality sale to deliver an excellent return for our investors.   This property paid out a 2% dividend every quarter from the day we purchased the property.
